Sold some IGBREIT as well. Yields no longer exciting at this price. Will look to pick some when it falls back to the 1.25 region.

I can't be the only one with a negative view on REITs, with the impending fed rate hike and the accompanying capital outflow?

M-REIT yields not really exciting at the moment.

I'm also waiting at 1.50 - anything below 6% yield is not worth it IMO.
