Already mention on other thread.. sunwai's putra mall is dying n will affect rental yield as the tenants cnt last tht long at the current VERY BAD performance..

On a side note, summit USJ hope they maintain those mid low end tenants as competition will stiffen up when da:men is up.. they shld shu those hookers away btw
