My plan...

When up.. Realize profit. Yeap weekend dinner.
Coz SUNREIT in particular last month.. the momentum & volume is there to do the short trades.

When down. Yes. Keep for dividend. and just look at paper loss... (also agree.. SELF CHEATING...)
and now "HOPETOLOGY" comes to play.... also I intend to buy some more and wait....

Price continue to go up and never come down.. It depends la.. ?

Anyway.. i waiting for

IGBREIT 1.50
SUNREIT 1.60..

For individual investor, it is hard to to find reason to go for a 4% reit, when one can get the same with FD, unless the reit has good growth prospect.

But operation income from AUD operation may be slightly less if AUD weakening against RM.

DPU is the ultimate judgement how a reit is doing.

i just went Subang parade after a long time.. and saw some shops are close...!!!!

I am only having PAV REIT, SUN REIT, and still stuck with AXIS & AMREIT from ages ago.

If possible shift to SG reits.. income more stable there.

Hansel.. can attend AGM if Nominee broker in SG. just give them 10 days notice (from dateline of submission of proxy) and they will do the necessary.
