Fellow Alaqar investor here. You have to be a little more patient Pink Spider. As Al-aqar uses no e-dividend, you will have to wait a day or two longer for the cheque to come in!

Yes, the only reit that still uses the traditional way to pay. They post the cheque together with the tax voucher. Save the trouble of posting the tax voucher singly

Some unusually large volumes and drops in ALAQAR, normally a very quiet REIT. What's up with it?

Missed it...should top up. It's a stable REIT

i sold off all my Quill last year.

is 1.16 good price for re-enter?

Management has guided that even though units have increased, they intend to maintain same amount of DPS by increasing dividend payout

Hence, about 7+ sen DPS

About 6.5% NET yield

i sold off higher than 1.16.. so, now buy back lor...
Thats the easy thing about REITS.

Anytime need cash, just sell.
When hv cash.. just buy.

I hv PROPERTY RENTAL... and its giving me MASSIVE WORK. Tenant did not pay for 6 months. Finally, manage to get rid of the tenant.. now waiting to sell it. Waste time only.

Best is just buy REITS. Collect yield. Less hassle.
