Just 5% net yield, for a portfolio mainly made up of offices

Not comparable, one is pure offices, one is mostly retail

oh ya, normally retail command higher growth in rental income, thus the yield should be lower

If you are water fish, me also. Have been topping up 1.30, 1.31, 1.32. Like you said, after announcement, 1.32 is like 1.28. Even 1.34 is 1.30. Still worth buying (my feel only lah)
