Actually I'm not that worried about MQREIT. Though a mainly-office REIT, most of its properties are occupied my data centres/shared services centre of MNCs. It involved costs and time to move out from one place to another.

I'm more worried about UOAREIT.

Intermark is more offices than mall. And the mall...is quite empty. Only to cater for the office crowd.
