As what cherroy and unker gark said, there's risk too...if the Sellers withdraw, or some hero outjump u and left u with 1-2 lots...u gonna pay min. brokerage and get only 1-2 lots rclxms.gif

Add: U know Bursa rules and mechanism or not...pre-opening/closing trades gonna be transacted at the price where the most quantity of shares would be traded successfully

Latest divvy was 4.4 sen gross..

Annualise it, u get 8.8 sen...

Deduct 10% withholding tax...8.8 sen x 0.9 = 7.9 sen

At 1.35...NET yield gonna be 5.87%

In a rush to sell? What other quality stocks/REITs that u can find that is growing its top line and bottom line in excess of 6-7%? IGBREIT is still growing at that rate.

For financial year 2016, IGBREIT net yield could be 6.2%.

I'm holding.
