Latest divvy was 4.4 sen gross..
Annualise it, u get 8.8 sen...
Deduct 10% withholding tax...8.8 sen x 0.9 = 7.9 sen
At 1.35...NET yield gonna be 5.87%
In a rush to sell? What other quality stocks/REITs that u can find that is growing its top line and bottom line in excess of 6-7%? IGBREIT is still growing at that rate.
For financial year 2016, IGBREIT net yield could be 6.2%.
I'm holding.
