Wow. MQREIT. 7.25% NET yield now. sweat.gif

Management has guided that they will continue paying the same amount of divvies for the time being, which means 4.1 sen + 4.28 sen (gross).

Axreit anyone got idea to input? i got no follow this heavyweight..... can share?

Many properties in its portfolio, thus vacancies in one or two won't affect earnings much

Mainly industrial properties, offices also a lot. But don't expect much rental upside

But net yield not that attractive though
