Yield become non-attractive at current level.
The play now is capital appreciation + rental revision which lead to earning/distribution improvement, this is why the share price can hold up despite at 4.5% yield. 

But I am out at this price. 
Also out CMMT.
Partial out YTLreit as well.

hi guys, i was looking into sunway reit quarterly report and it has fourth quarter ended 30 june 2016 and "cumulative quarter" ended 30 june 2016, what does the latter mean?

I feel like the REITs prices are quite high now, I dare not invest in any.

yup, i don't deny it. rental yield not bad yo! about 10% per annum. but havent factor in the installment though.
