i've checked the SP Setia EcoKL property thingy. Only got 3-4 blocks of shoplot.

in my opinion, the amount of shoplots won't be disturbing any tenant flow from MV and gardens.

what do you think?

instead, i feel that kl eco city residence and offices traffic flow will pour to MV gardens instead. hmm.gif

before KL ecocity, parking gotta do with luck.

after KL ecocity, visiting gardens/MV will need you pray at home first for carpark. icon_idea.gif

there will be pedestrian walk direct from Abdullah Hukum Putra station to GM.
