1. The dividend is (quite) stable, but don't foresee much growth. The properties are all leased to a related party (KPJ Group), you don't expect a son to negotiate with the father to raise rental rates much (as in "Take it, or leave it. You need me more than I need u. I got plenty other waiting tenants."), do you?
2. When u really need to sell, there is not much liquidity for the stock.

Stability usually comes at a price of reduced opportunity

u dun buy REIT and expect the REIT to sell all its assets for profit

u buy a REIT for its dividends and u expect it to be STABLE!

Why don't u tell us what is that and then we tell u what is REIT?

furthermore, current price yield not really attractive anymore...but good to hold lar
