Erm i dont know your budget, but i would recommend Cerci, Rodrigo, Hernandez, Uche and Benzema if you are on tight budget, if got money you can invest in SIF Griezzman his price fell already and he is good and also more expensive would be Suarez (Suarez quite good)

As for defenders, Pepe, Miranda, Varane, if got money get SIF Godin his price also fell (he isnt pacey but his defending stats is the best in the game), and of course Ramos LOL

All those coaches make the effect of your training cards more ...like that positioning one is for keeper ..so if you apply a +15 positioning training card the POS stats will +15 (more than this ..probably 17 or so)

No it's coach ...manager will affect negotiations so your contract card will affect player more ...you can see on transfer market, you put club staff, there will be manger and head coach in separate category
