VF is with Spring-Loaded Brass Contact and should be able to take in the entire pin. Try to screw in slowly to complete the sitting.

Cannot le, like something block the pin from going down further or issit my spring still hard hmm.gif

Might be your RBA screw to tight to the base.
I have the same issue with ProVari then I realize the problem and now I screw in the base to my ProVari first then only the RBA then top.

You i need to open my tank then screw the bottom first?
