QUOTE(lai_dm @ Feb 1 2015, 01:35 AM) i use Nikon D750 + tamron 24-70 any steady tripod ? I think your current tripod is the really lousy type, freebie quality (those rm50 types?). For the tripod legs, just need something thicker and sturdy, but most importantly for your case is getting a good ballhead that's rated for the weight of the equipment. Even a RM200 tripod will suffice. Usually you pay more for lighter weight, higher quality materials and better features.. http://www.gstrapinuse.com/index.php?main_...4ed163b7e235732QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 1 2015, 05:33 PM) Got a Buffalo brand from Lowyat Plaza for rm380, made from carbon, lighter and rated for 8KG load. Is this the one? http://www.lelong.com.my/buffalo-pro-80-pr...#descpContainer

QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 2 2015, 01:18 AM) Yup, this the one. But looks like it is much more expensive now You saw it at Lowyat Plaza? When was that? I was eyeing it before as it was like the CHEAPEST carbon fibre tripod I've ever seen and the weight is just so light at 1.1kg? Plus, the height of 160cm is pretty good considering the weight! But I might still get this though...Beike Q999s tripod because of the cheap price. http://www.gstrapinuse.com/index.php?main_...products_id=937I currently have a Beike 471 tripod [150cm,2kg] and it's really STABLE and solid but the weight is just too much of a burden...
