If you want heels for presentation, try something basic. Like black or nude peeptoes.  These matches everything, and they are classic and elegant at the same time. If you wanna stand out, go for a bright color. If you want ease of walking in heels, go for a thicker heel or wedges. If you want comfort, don't go for 4-5 inches heels. Get 2-3 inches heels.

Hence why thicker heels are easier to walk in. I've not found a problem with slippery heels though. Just have to walk more in it to get used to walking in heels. I also don't wear heels if I need to go to somewhere that does not have proper walkway paths.
