Here have some aircon yearly serving or monthly information with Diy sharing solution by user sharing thread,

you guys also can ask for help Aircon man service needs and update here. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Some of today minor update for how to solve about aircon FCU = Fan Coil Unit vibration noise?

1. Daily use from pre-filter can collect 50% dust.
2. Fan blower can sticks around 30% dust.
3. Drain pan can collect some 5% dust or turning into jelly thumbup.gif

how to trying to avoid around 80% dust go into aircon cooling coils?
buy additional aircon filter from "Daiso" can protects some dust get into coils that is good idea, but you guys how much can believe this? would be spoil my fan motor or turn high Amp. or made noise, my answer is wouldn't made your fan motor turn weaks or high amp.

cause i had used this solution an over 5 yrs, do you think is long or short?

This morning sharing how to solve out about vibration noise??

Bearing from which part, usually at left hand side, due to after gas cut off then can hear the wave noise, so this morning can't tahan already and simple open out and service by own.

just remove out on left hand side of fan bearing and put some grease to be settle.

inside the bearing look like the grease has dry out.

Good tips....
will look for the additional filter from daiso.....really makes sense

the dust level really created problems for me and at least once a year i need to ask the aircon guy to do full service due to the dust level

You want to prevent dust? Don't turn it on.

Putting a prefilter just so that the original filter doesn't get dirty so fast is stupid.
A layer of dust on the filter will drop your aircon's efficiency. Putting a pre-filter is like adding another layer of dust on top off the normal dust, dropping further the efficiency of your Aircon

Dust no matter your pre-filter design how fine or the netting these still get into the fan blower..

Adding additional filter can avoid dust get into cooling coils.

Unlike Pana pre-filter design to compare others brand of the netting hole for Pana really so much smaller n fine.

Maybe if you adding into Pana Aircon would be feedback like drop down the airflow or spoil the fan blower motor or getting high amp.

So far if my ME can't take it.. I won't introduce to your guys.

Because I am the user also will protect my aircon as well.
So far so good the solution already an over 5 yrs plus applied additional filter on top.

Can't find it when I shopping at Daiso Puchong IOI mail (only have normal table fan type).
which specific brand you get from?
Hopefully it could use for my air filter as the filter itself not longer able to purchase vmad.gif
