QUOTE(prince_mk @ May 17 2015, 11:15 AM) Anyway, split yo investments into various class of Assets instead of just UT-ASNB. various class meaning what?? I hve asw, asm, asa1m and asg (few hundred only). consider as various class of Assets? I also have some unit trust with FMS. consider various class? ASW/ASM/AS1M/ASG is managed by ASNB n tis is UT Is FMS refers to FSM? What I meant was diversify into others namely shares, derivatives, properties, gold, art, wine, forex, EPF n etc

FSM is a gud platform to diversify into foreign countries n local market (specific sectors) I have investments with FSM gud Since u r not familiar with other Assets class, I wud advise u stick to those u know best

QUOTE(prince_mk @ May 17 2015, 11:31 AM) but now when young, can try invest in different class of assets. dont wait till after 45..then it is too late. and the risk appetite is lowering in tandem with our age. invested in FSM according to the CIS advise and some comments in the thread. do some research too. but still learning U can move to new territory provided it's within yo risk tolerance

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ May 17 2015, 12:37 PM) More and more gov related fund admitted investments in 1MDB, So far PNB denied involvement. Applying brake is a wise decision until 1MDB clears the air. Even PNB deny, v can't verify whether it's true or not bcoz v don't have access to the Books
