he is a seller who sell show room condition handphone....i buy 2 set k800 frm him...he want rm 450 as deposit....yesterday 2-10-2006 I banked in rm450 as deposite,he told me to bank in to his manager maybank account 111234010778 Allan Chan Teck Yew ....at 5.31pm,I banked in...so I sms him 2 comfirm....later when 6.00pm,I called him...his phone already off till now...actually we have cod this afternoon 3-10-2006...he didnt appear.......so what should I do nw????go report police????he work in damansara.....pls help me...i already pm him.......

get a grip of urself. after today he dont appear or give explaination then oni u kutuk him again in LYN.

I honestly do not see the reason why you're posting this thread.

First of, your deal hasn't even fall tru and you have no evidence to prove that he has conned your money. Your deal with him is at noon today and you posted that he conned you at 1020 hours? Where's the logic?

Secondly, should the deal do fall tru, i can honestly tell you that he has the every right to sue you for defamation. You published not only his real name, his IC, his Address.

IMO, I suggest that this thread be locked.

if u can cod n the seller want u to pay deposit 1st
dun pay more than 100 ~ 200 depend on condition

RM 50 deposit is not enuff to cover his traveling n time expense? i think RM50 damn enuff n i will hope buyer ffk also if i got the RM 50 deposit tongue.gif

then good luck n have the procedure to do report or watever to dig out this fellow to refund to u

if you are so scare then why do you bank in the money first? It's COD anyway, can't you pay when you meet? That is pretty dumb of you to bank in the money first for COD cases. Somemore bank-in full amount!!! Then only start to panic. You are so desperate to buy or what?

Please have a little patience. This is online business. If you can't wait, should have go buy from shop then no need all the dilemma.
