Tower A will be released first. Rebate 9% Deposit 5K 1,001 sf selling at 522K nett. 3 lifts per tower, so Tower A will be the better option as has lowest density. 2 parking lots. 35 sen psf maintenance fee inclusive of sinking fund. separate entrance for residence. forgotten to ask if LH/FH

I went the Sales Office last few weeks that agent asked me to put 5% booking man, that's about RM25k... havent got anything yet already asked for RM25k, crazy meh?

Why go to sales opis and deal w agent?
Cant deal directly with developer?

booking is 5K

i think is leasehold, as majority land in kepong is leasehold

price wise is slightly higher than henge and mizumi, but this is low dense. 462 units ard 3 acre land....
