completely hand made, very limited and also very expensive. other amps hes used include a mesa boogie mark I. |

and a mark IV, no ?
it is not very hard to simulate his current tone, generous amount of gain, lots of mids, highs and lows at 50%, add reverb, roll back the tone on your guitar, select bridge pickup, and there you go. I like his old tone better, with a strat, and less gain... damn, once again I forgot ! Neil Schon was the one playing those solos at that time |

In the 70s he was using a Gibson SG into a Mesa Boogie... mark I was it?
And the Dumble he's using currently, is it an Overdrive special? |

Was dumble those amps that look like crap inside? Cause if I am not mistaken, saw a picture of the insides and holy sh*t, you will be wondering for the price, it should be much better.
I might have confused it with some other high end boutique amp though. |

Yes, you are right, covered in huge blob of epoxy. It was quite a horrifying sight honestly. I wonder how technicians going to repair it?
Lots of other amp makers do not even bother with other people copying their schematics and most would give them away if you ask for one anyway. |

I wonder how technicians going to repair it? well if you could actually afford one, you could afford to send it back to mr dumble as well.
