now im using vpn + proxy. disable both right now. GM with pug no lag....   

1) goto control panel > internet options > connections tab > LAN settings

2) tick the 3rd box, enter 220.213.228.173 and port: 443

3) open cmd with admin and enter "netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie" without the quotes

4) run the game 

5) untick yhe proxy after u r in the game
p/s: if cant, use vpn 1st. after char selection/ ingame, off ur vpn. if disconnected and return to main menu, just start the game normally. see if can enter the game without vpn

at start> search "resource monitor" and view ping from there.but anyway..as long as your top right screen bar are green, it mean u good
