QUOTE(kron_ka @ Feb 26 2015, 09:38 PM)
This reminds me of my friend's church member who was eating at mcdonalds at bandar utama (near centrepoint), while surfing the net with his net book.

All of sudden, a robber grabbed his netbook, the guy gave chase until round the corner, the robber took out a knife and stabbed him. He died.

Anyway, glad your friend is ok. Be praying for him.
*
Oh dear, that's really sad. sad.gif

Yeah, but he's not entirely safe yet, the robbers might still want to finish the job. Thanks.

QUOTE(unknown warrior @ Feb 26 2015, 09:40 PM)
how you guys doing? everything ok?
*
The others were worried about you because you've been away for some time.

QUOTE(kron_ka @ Feb 26 2015, 09:53 PM)
I checked my ex watsapp, wonder why she is so inactive even in CNY. She is like only at watsapp once a day. This makes me a bit worried. She's in Singapore all by herself. Could she be using a Singapore number by now and logged into her new watsapp account? Or could she just be using her watsapp less due to the hectic job? But she can't have changed her watsapp account, right? Then afterwards all her Malaysian friends would not be able to keep in touch.
*
Stop checking on your ex's stuff. It will bring back sad memories. I know this might sound desperate but have you tried Tinder?

Haha, it's mean to call him that.

QUOTE(unknown warrior @ Feb 27 2015, 09:06 AM)
Isaiah 65:2 - All day long I have held out my hands to an obstinate people, who walk in ways not good, pursuing their own imaginations.
Today we are all spiritual israelites. (Galatians 3:7 - Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham.)
All the promises for the people of Israel, we qualify.

God is always reaching out to the lost, down and out.

Grace of Christ is the answer to everyone's predicament, myself included.
All we have to do is to take hold of the hand of God by faith, that he cares.

Amen! God bless you bro.

QUOTE(kron_ka @ Feb 27 2015, 11:11 AM)
tinder really that effective meh?

A lot of msians like to go tinder? is it free?

I need to check, so I can "clear" the account. I don't want to like 2 years later, wonder what happened then check on her watsapp, then suddenly realised she's married or something.

I want to experience first hand pain.
*
Not only Malaysians, even Caucasians and other Asians. Yes, it's free.

You won't clear the account if you check it forever, the only way to move on is to delete her contact from your phone.

QUOTE(kron_ka @ Feb 27 2015, 11:15 AM)
Well yah, nobody cares about the luv guy, even though he jumps down the 14 th floor splattered.

They'll just say "Oh, LoL, its darwinian theory, less one troublesome guy who dun deserve to go to heaven".

You gain nothing from suicide, except the grievance from your family.

We do care for our brothers and sisters so don't do anything foolish.

Those who are going through bad times, evil times, let me encourage you, you're being exposed on purpose by God for training to greater Glory.
It is something that is beyond your ability to withstand with dignity. It is expose on purpose so that it drives you to the Lord for dependency in trust, comfort and strength.

You are loved by the Lord.

This is the admonition from the Lord I get in the spirit.

Take comfort Bro n Sis.

Amen, brother!

1 Corinthians 10:13

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

This verse actually means every trials is training ground to strengthen our spirit. So that the next time if it happens, you can endure it.

I don't know why in the English, they use the word Providing way out or escape in the KJV because is not really accurate, the right meaning in Greek is

""the (successful) way out" which also means a way to over come. It's not to escape but to go through it with the Strength of God's Spirit.
*
Yeah, that's why we don't really use KJV.

The meaning might be different.

My father passed away last week.  sad.gif

I'm so depressed and lost weight because I'm not eating regularly.

But I believed that our Father in heaven will give us encouragement to face further trial and tribulations.

Psalm 18:2  “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

I know it's late, but my deepest condolences to you and your family.

He's in a better place now.

No, it doesn't impact my life but it'll make a good banter between friends. hehehe...

I see.

How about de1929 ramblings? He's the oddball around here. IDK if he's into Old or New, but his thinking is out of this world.  laugh.gif
When I googled "Gooner", it lead me to Arsenal FC.? Correct?

Then I checked with google, it looks like Man Utd and Liverpool are most successful than the "Gooners."  laugh.gif
*
Well, I don't support teams based on their success rate, it's true we haven't won the Premier League for more than 12 years now, but last we won was the FA Cup last year and most probably this year. smile.gif

i am a man utd supporter, actually i am not really a pure supporter or hardcore type being influenced by my friend to go out mamak every weekend few years back and that how i followed man utd news..........

talking about BPL, each teams has their own season, either you get better player or you don't, some time even if you have a average team player only with good tactics and strong team players you can win the game
*
I see, another Reds fan.

Yeah, that's true. It's all about tactics and strategies not just buying players and expect them to perform in every match. Look at Falcao now, a top class player but warming the benches.

actually falcao is way past his glorious days already, wondering why van gaal buy him in the first place, he is nothing but injury risk player which mean money spend on him but no result
*
He was the best in his Monaco and Atletico Madrid days then it went down the drain when he joined MU. Same goes to Di Maria. Di Maria might do well in Arsenal wink.gif

I support Dortmund, if you know Bundesliga, then you know its a 1 team winning the league all the time.  doh.gif

Well, Arsenal never won the Champions League.  laugh.gif
*
I know Bundesliga, Bayern is the champion because they keep buying their rival teams' players. Dortmund was doing well last season but what happened this season? Bottom of the table.

Arsenal might not have won Champions League before but it's the only team who has the golden Premier League (going an entire season unbeaten brows.gif _

1 Corinthians 15:13-15
But if there is no resurrection of the dead, not even Christ has been raised; and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain.

This is why we celebrate Good Friday (His death) and Easter (His resurrection).
