I should have walked away at the beginning.
But I guess, was hoping to change their mind. That's what kept me going.
Then again, if anyone has the power to convince anyone it's always the Holy Spirit.
Betul betul.
We can hope that it might plant a seed to change their mind. But wether or not it grows remains to be seen. Good soil, bad soil, or roadside ect. That's the best we can do.
On a somewhat related topic,
Fictional parental figures get flack for being, well, parents. No parent is perfect. Apa lagi a first time parent with his very first son. Well meaning, goodhearted but naive this parent dunno how to jaga his kid. The kid salah faham end up running away.
But noooooooooo there's a fan who insist that this parent is an evil abuser. Manipulation, deadbeat ect ect. Why? Because their real life parent was a deadbeat who never appeared in their life.
And you know what?
This person got a cult following oh em gee. Anyone who tries to fight for this poor parental figure gets completely railed. Not only by cult leader but their fellow fanatics. Fight. Fight until the sun rise up, go down and up again. Aduih.
Our Heavenly Father perfect 100000000% also get the same kind of treatment. HurtProjectionPsychology.jpg
