By your understanding, what type of wisdom is encourage by God? and how is it differs from worldly wisdom?

There is no debate in the above verses. In fact the above verses even says clearly that human will is NOT a factor at all.

But I really have no interest to debate you because I know you are not interested in the truth. You just want to defend your fables.

I personally feel that loud as an athiest is even closer to the truth then you.
