Wow, only two years the keyboard kong? You play "Rocking like a Hurricane" everyday?

My Yamah DGX-630 still rock steady, 3 years+ ....maybe not used as much.

Instead of talking to low level grunts, did you talk to higher up level managers? If still the same, then try writing in to their directors first before going to Casio Japan....after all the local casio could be just a solr distributor and Casio Japan probably dont have muh say.

But honestly, for same price range...I feel Yamaha has better quality..
