how much water does a hamster drink? i don't see see my hamsters sip much from the sipping tube...

heh...i only handle and feed them by hand twice a day, after i wake up, before 7am and after 7pm...afraid of overhandling them n___n

want to ask...can i feed my hamsters with dried cat food...you know the whiskers cat biscuit stuff...or is there any good nutritional commercial hamster food?
