Cooked or not? Hm..my uncle have one bad experience...
He feed his hammy with those raw chicken internal organ..maybe kidney..actually not him feed those hammy but his doughter. Previously, all the hammy are tame...very tame. After feed them with chicken, not all, but some of his hammy turn into agressive and tend to bite their own owner.
anybody face the same situation? So, right now, Im not feed my hammy with meat..mealworm is acceptable  biggrin.gif
*
how come they changed from positive to negative only cause of chicken??
sometimes i feed mine chicken, but i think they not behave like that..

as we know, syrian hamster is a solitary by nature... but the pair that i have is very hard to see them fight, they bond quite well...... but when they fight, it was very less aggresive and for shortwhile only...

the question is, when should i separate them and what is the sign...? tq...
*
ya.. should be separated soon.. as many experienced sifus said here before..
we not motinor them 24 hours right..

Dunnola.. it's like robos cannot be tamed like that.. keep running around! And occasionally u grab wrongly and it'll bite you. LOL.. today I just observed something disgusting bout my ww.. I gave it mealworms and for some dumb reason he stored it in it's cheek pouch. Then I saw it taking the mealworm from his mouth.. the worm was still moving and alive!! blink.gif
*
you first time see that.. hehe tongue.gif
there will be fun when hamster kejar the mealworm in order to eat them..

Wah... he put live mealworms into his mouth? Better you cut the heads off... coz got people tell me that the mealworms can bite the insides of the cheeks and hurt the hamster... well, just be careful only lah.
*
sound like dangerous ler.. thank you for the new info.. smile.gif
if we cut the heads off, the mealworms still alive (moving) or not..
seems my hamsters dont like to eat the died one.. prefer to catch which are moving..
