Why you want to get the pad and collar? Just wondering. No hating lol.

If you can't get 1, maybe try DIY for the pad? Get some foam from hardware shop?

Actually if you need it for hip thrust, just wrap a thicker towel will do the same job. The bar pad won't gonna help you a lot as I tried before. My pelvic bone area still pain even i wrap with a yoga mat haha. I think i my placement wrong.

Gym without collar. I can understand your pain lol. Maybe go ask around ghetto gym and whether they willing to sell u 2 or not. There's very few physical gym equipment shop around penang. Most of the gym will order everything in bulk through some dealer.

Hope you can find the things you need =)
