Totally whole Taman Equine also like this larhh...
Meta City is already cheaper than others already, they have direct to MRT Station and Shopping Mall, still have corporate with goverment with Fly Over and MRT Station ,others don't have link bridge to MRT, thus mixed development will be have more profit in future too
