I read somewhere that digi can opt for 365 days validity by paying RM30 - is this true ?

If yes, how to do it ?

Someone is going to give me a just expired SIM card with RM39 balance plus a RM5 top-up card. Can I top-up RM5 and thus get total balance of RM44, and then use RM30 to opt for 365 days validity ?

A bit noob. Am currently on V3 and in order to upgrade to V4, I need to pay RM3 for the upgrade.

Last time when I need to subscribe to this Digi long life, I need to change my plan and pay for the change too. blink.gif doh.gif shakehead.gif

hey..i just activated my 365 days validity. first need to change from best v3 to v4 via *128*1*4*1# . Then i tried to to extend to 365 days via *128*1*7# but it only show option to extend for 30 days only. I checked my balance, it only have RM 30. So i reloaded another RM 10 that makes my balance RM 40. Tried again dialing *128*1*7# and the option of 365 long life is there. Its getting tougher each year, wonder when my 365 validity expires next year, will this long life validity still remains an option tu Digi customers.

MNP is going to be messy.. depends on the implementation. Bank TAC, Twitter TAC, Gmail TAC.. all must work.

Question here ... Want to buy a new Digi prepaid sim. But the mobile stalls all tell me that no 365 on the Digi Best sims they are selling.

So, what new sim pack should I buy ? Is there a difference ?

i want to scream "thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu". this is exactly what i want to know. others just tell u need to upgrade this and that without proper method. i study oversea so one year validity is very important for me. im going to save this code for future validity extension. thanks again.

does anyone know if I can reload Digi 365 for 2 years for example? IE I top up RM30 today means validity until 06May2016. What if I top up another RM30 tomorrow, will the validity be 07May2017?

Reason I asked is because Hotlink allows you that. I still have the old hotlink plan and I topped up for 2 years, one year after another.

Thanks. I confirmed it. It is valid 365 days from the time you topup, unlike Hotlink which gives you 365 days from the end of your current validity.

Digi 365 Super Long Life can be subsribed for certain plan only, and they change their plan quite frequently. I changed my plan 2 years ago, and now I have to change it again, each change they will charge you RM3 (excluding GST).

if you're an extremely light user, mnvo like tron(reload 10 for 1 year validity), onexox(28 months validity), friendi(2 months validity for every sms/call/ppu data) is more worth it

Yeah, but if you're using digi, you cannot mnp to tron, you'd need to mnp to other telco first

I've never been able to find complete info of SLL in DiGi's website. Easier to refer to their DiGi Community discussion instead, and post your question/s for their staff to reply.

The most accurate, I'd say, are replies from the staff. See the label next to their name/nick to identify them.
