the floor at 2nd floor, why put cement? not put stress in long run to the Container? what happen if football team camping there. ?

as from high above i get quite nice wind from the sea breeze and the sliding door is adding more view for me.

the ground floor is where my room , kitchen, dining area, toilet and store area located.

it has been hardened with BRC that is welded to the container roof base, and main frame. long term much stonger than a wooden floor that hinge each time u step on it

I think its not cost effective if build it with fancy design. And fully function like sanitary discharge or septic tank unless build it in bulk, may be 20 to 30 units.
And do u think with mild steel hollow and metal Dec can be more cheaper?

Kinda weirf to have Tv in your room than your living room. I guess you stay in your room more than your living room. And less distraction when working
