yea true. more jam more ong lol

Due to this jam factor, condos that are located within walking distance of LRT e.g. KR1, KR2, ZR, Vista Komanwel , Parkhill and etc will be more desirable and will have better demand.

Are you referring to this plot of land for the housing?

The empty land in between Taman LTAT and the Earth residence?

Looks like they are gonna built PRIMA housing here too

Couple gets to own apartment for RM270k

BY LOSHANA K SHAGAR

PETALING JAYA: For years, insurance officer Mohd Ridzuan Kamaruddin dreamt of getting an affordable house for his family of three.

Property prices in the Klang Valley had kept his dream on hold but Mohd Ridzuan, 30, received a pleasant surprise recently.

“My wife had applied for a unit at the upcoming Impiana Sky Residensi in Bukit Jalil under the MyHome scheme without telling me.

“I only got to know about it when we received a letter last month, confirming that we were among the lucky applicants,” he said when met at the residency’s unit balloting event yesterday.

Mohd Ridzuan and his wife, bank officer Ros Azira Abd Rani, 28, are currently renting a home in Ampang, close to their workplace.

Asked about the distance between home and work once the new home is completed, Mohd Ridzuan said it was not a cause for concern.

“At least we are still living in the Klang Valley area and it is not too far from work. And with LRT stations nearby, we can even take the train to work,” he said.

Mohd Ridzuan and Ros Azira are among 508 successful applicants for a unit in the residency, which is priced at RM300,000 each.

In view of the RM30,000 discount offered to first-home buyers, applicants only need to pay RM270,000 for the three-bedroom apartment in Bukit Jalil.

Impiana Sky Residensi, at 850sq ft per unit, is expected to be completed in 2018. It is developed by Wealth Plateau Sdn Bhd.

The market rate for an apartment in Bukit Jalil, according to the National Housing Department, is about RM600 to RM900 per sq ft, but the residency is being offered for RM352 per sq ft.

Department director-general Datuk Mohamad Yusoff Ghazali, who launched the balloting yesterday, said 8,458 applications were received for the residency.

“Also, the department has received applications from 109 private developers to oversee 119 MyHome scheme projects nationwide, involving 30,428 units.

“Currently, the department has given base approval to 35 developers covering 37 projects that involve 9,418 units under the scheme,” he said.

But there is a HTC near by. Based on the old layout, the previous triangle is the SEMI D terrace house. Is not good selling because facing the HTC and too close to the shop lot. So i think now convert to condo and Ruman Mampu Milik.

May I know HTC mean what? The phone manufacture HTC?
Or short form of any other things?
