There a lot of diy options out there.
A far cry from what the ice light is, but the ice light is just way too expensive.

agreed that it's quite expensive. but you get what you pay for imo. a versatile light in such a small package yet offers a lot of creative options are worth it for me.

found one, travor magic tube. comparable specs, removable battery, dimmable by remote control, same brightness, daylight colour temperature

You can always rely on China to produce one at close to 1/5th the price.

Their image seems to be mostly renders and really really bad photoshopped images though.
