My sister used to stay in this areas. She sold off the house and the living environment ( ps. I saw too many muslim with long bread)

I live in Shah Alam. Malay area renting One Storey very cheap ( & sublet ) because it is Malay Area.

I bought a unit in Shah Alam too.

Shah Alam is Malay area right?

When the Condominium VP. Will Chinese owners bold to move in or will there be any Chinese tenant fearless to rent here?
