Last time when I bought Grandlis also like that. SA only gave a copy of signed booking form with copy of 20k cheque and a list of panel bankers & solicitors. Signing of LO was done during SPA signing.

Per my understanding, ur so called zero-DP package for SEH 2 Phase 1 doesn't exist. The rebate for Alexus n Everna should be 5% only, which u still need to fork out 5% as DP.

Since this is Phase 1, guess it's about right that u start paying progressive interest 6-8 mths from now.

Normally SPS shall arrange a bulk SPA signing session at Welcome Centre between the panel lawyers & purchasers. Just wait for their call.

Actually there r still ppl can afford to buy props at price range 500k - 1mil, although the number is less compare to ppl that afford to buy at 200k - 500k.

So, it means there is still room for price appreciation for 500k props but won't be like the past 10 yrs cases, i.e., 100%, 200% or 300% lar....

Anyway, prop investment still beats return from FD or bonds provided that we don't buy overpriced props. That's why at current scenario, need to make good judgement only can profit from prop investment. If bought at higher price than later phases, then also jialat lor...... only can blame own self for making a bad call. No one put a gun to ur head to buy what......
