My observation is about 150 - 200 units are occupied.. not too bad after only 6 months VP.. Many other projects in the vicinity only have 150 - 200 units in the phases that VP recently.. |

Seems like SPS try to segregate the whole SEH 2 into 4 precincts, Springfield residence, Brookland residences, Terravalles residences and Blu residences..

Sam taikor, perhaps could suggest SPS arrange helicopter rides for SEH 2? They should arrange more memorable events especially during current poor market sentiment, don't be so kiam siap ler.....
