Response very good for SemiD, less than 20 units left. Alexus also good. A bit slow for Banyan and Clarus.

Anyone manage to get the sales chart for SEH2 Phase 1?
I was told that Everna has less than 10 units left. If it is true, the response is really good considering current market sentiment. |

Initially, I thought small size SemiD will be difficult to sell as only niche buyers are looking for these relatively small SemiD. But the sales, prove me wrong. Up to date, less than 5 units Everna available and doing better than link house.
All this while, conventional SemiD size is pretty huge. There is market for financial stable couples who are looking for smaller size SemiD when their children no longer staying with them. I think SemiD with less number of rooms is doable in SEH2. This kind of design will differentiate SEH2 from other development and serving niche market. |
