I was told Phase 2 will launch by end of this year. Since the response is so good, I believe it is true. But, Ecowalk will launch by end of the year too. Some clashes here.

Manpower is the issue. Most of their salespersons are inexperience, do not about the detail of their product. Launch two projects in same timeframe, very difficult to handle.

Sam kor, you try test their product knowledge, I bet you will be disappointed. They just goreng with inconsistent information. So far, only two young man know their product well.

Anyone has August sales update for SEH2?

Initially, I thought small size SemiD will be difficult to sell as only niche buyers are looking for these relatively small SemiD. But the sales, prove me wrong. Up to date, less than 5 units Everna available and doing better than link house.

All this while, conventional SemiD size is pretty huge. There is market for financial stable couples who are looking for smaller size SemiD when their children no longer staying with them. I think SemiD with less number of rooms is doable in SEH2. This kind of design will differentiate SEH2 from other development and serving niche market.

At current market condition, it is very impressive. SPS shld be getting ready to launch Phase 3 SemiD cluster. Another 30k increase in price.

Any idea when Bkt Tempurung will open to public? Their brochure looks good. I trust SPS more, they never overcommit.
