Depending which route you are using, if taking Lekas (2 tolls), if not taking Lekas 1 toll (Silk or Cheras-Kajang).

HTC issue if you discuss with SA, they will tell you some discussion has been started to put those cable underground.. May need to get a confirmation in black and white if possible.

SPS will provide a detail list of panel bankers and you may proceed to the loan application. SPS shall give a dateline for signing the SPA. Of course for the conventional units, need to secure the loan before signing, while for 10/90 units, can apply the loan later. Of course if able to secure early and sign the LA, may get some additional rebate..

haha, you are back.. From what I can see, I believe Argentea shall join the 50% occupancy next, follow by Angusta and Pallida, which have about 30% now. Pistia and Aquatilis seem abit slow, about 20%.

The mini HTC currently I believe is only supplying to the village nearby. I believe it is not difficult to relocate, just depends on whether SPS want to do it. The HTC actually located on the land by SPS, so if they intend to do any changes, should not be a big issue. All depend on their commitment.

Oic... My observation is about 150 - 200 units are occupied.. not too bad after only 6 months VP..

Many other projects in the vicinity only have 150 - 200 units in the phases that VP recently..

Seems like SPS try to segregate the whole SEH 2 into 4 precincts, Springfield residence, Brookland residences, Terravalles residences and Blu residences..

Boss, any launch of course will affect the subsale because of more choices. As a matter of fact, not only subsale in SEH1 shall be affected, subsale of all the projects in vicinity will be affected as well..
