hey all LYN overclockers ...I was using a AGP8X card few months ago which i can hit 3.2GHz easily. After upgrading to PCI-E card, my processor can't go over 3.0GHz. Why is that so? rclxub.gif

BTW, looking for water cooling solutions. Can anyone recommend me where to do it or how to do it? How much does a water cool system usually cost?

And also, for anyone that have seen thermaltake ram cooler before, should i get it? or just buy a ram heatsink is sufficient enough? thumbup.gif

You upgrade the motherboard, thus it made the overclocking abilities of the processor limited.

Btw, your in the wrong section.

Diffrent motherboard, diffrent overclockability. Its not the PCIe culprit. If you really serious about overclocking, go buy DFI mobo with their cetrified memory. Read reviews about what mobo you want to buy online and looks at its overclockability before buying next time
