just a friendly reminder:

guild wars 2 is not exactly your traditional grind for better stats and levels mmorpg.

it is very, very, very casual friendly.

end game focuses on obtaining various aesthetic skins that does not provide additional stats advantages.

there is also a structured player versus player where everyone has access to the same set of stats allocation.

ya f2p game now mostly pay to win that why i dont like.and i just buy and started to play gw2.is very fun and u can farm gold to buy gem(A.K.A cash shop money in f2p game)that a nice feature =0=

How's the ping for Malaysia? I havent done any research, bought it immediately after I saw the promo price.

Can be played on Intel 4600 graphics? Just sold my 970, if need raw power, need to buy again

I am curious regarding the latency everyone is getting by playing from Malaysia. I am situated in east coast malaysia, kuching to be exact. I had quite some trouble trying to play the game without having latency issues

can but better buy new card.. the low requirement is quite low but better try to get better

erm here is my spec(picture at bottom) i playing so smooth with no graphic card =0= and i living in Miri,Sarawak using 4mb package i have no problem playing for 8hour game time right now o.o(havent got any lag issue yet)....btw how to check ping in gw2 lol~

from wat i read somewhere :

hunter - bad reputation due to squishy and ranged warrior are more better than hunter..

warrior - always with their pretty good review

guardian - a warrior with high def and low attack.. the low dps will make the pve process slow

mesmer - a complex and badass class

thief - i like to try but i still not trust yet bout the latency.. skill like stealth, backstab will be useless if you are delayed or lag..

the other 2 magic class i dont bother to read coz i never like magic


i juz tried 3 class which is warrior,hunter n mesmer.. mesmer is a pretty joke with big goggle.. the two centaur almost kill me in the early level... warrior and hunter are good but i like hunter more due to range but the bad review made me wonder which one to choose.. maybe warrior or maybe a hunter

i've tried warrior (currently playing), hunter, elementalist and guardian.

I do like hunter's bow skill. and they got pets :3

i using nerco now i have fun with it the bledding is so freaking op on events fast clear. and this build i using now http://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Necromancer_-_Event_Farmer .fast kill just put skill no. 7 and 8 on the floor and skill no. 3 to chill the mob went they come and skill number 2(100% all mob die instanly of the bleed =0=) then if therea more mob coming Press F1 to go into a ghost mode(idk what name ) then use skill no. 5 then number 4

There are so many game modes to delve into, PvE, WvW, PvP, and each of them has their own meta/builds. Some classes succeed in certain areas while others thrive in all aspects.

It really depends on how much you enjoy the class. There is no bad and good class imo as it also takes skill due to the dynamic combat mechanics.

How do we get gems or spend them for anything in the game? I see no such option to top up in the webpage.

gold to gems conversion : 15G --> 100GEMS

gems to gold conversion : 100GEMS --> 10g

i've opened few boxes with keys i got from story quest, and none of them give good loots

Try getting your own debit card to buy.bcause in many case if u need them to remove the phone auntication thing they will need your last 4digit cc to verify..i kena twice..while i format my phone sd card.
