hi everyone... it's my first time here

my bf has a huskey named Whiskey... he is a 3 years old male. recently we found out that his top layer fur became very hard, almost like wire!
is it normal? >.<

Probably the very reason of you are feeding bread kosong.

Stop it and feed strictly on good kibbles / barf diets meant for dogs.
Working dog doesnt mean it can protect the owner. Basically it means we will have to exercise the dog a lot since they are bred to work initially. It is in their blood.
I dont think it is normal, do you brush his coat daily?
Most importantly get from a good breeder. Pay as many breeders a visit as possible. Look for one that you felt the breeder really really take good care of the dogs including parents, knowledgable and willing to help.
Huskies are definitely a stunning looking dog. They are tame yet hyper active and rough at times. Superbly stubborn so you have to train since young and make it clear you are the owner and he must obey you. Else your husky will expect another way round.
