both of pics are good i would prefer to cut of the half boat on the left of the 1st pic, my 2 cents

pic #2 sharpening alot oooh.... boat and island so sharp but others blur blur... maybe it's special tat way

background blur because of weather condition, the other black thing other than boat is not island is a boat with some sand or mud or junk, all i see in real also black like tat...dunno wat

The rocks at the bottom looked better before the cut

No comments here, but since you miss the wave I just give you some pointers. When you wanna shoot the wave, you must THINK like the wave, let me 'long air' a bit : Half shutter on the edge of the rock that you THINK the waves will hit. When the water touches the rocks full press your shutter and let the shutter lag do its job.

If you're using a DSLR, do the same, only go on a lower shutter speed and anticipate the water hitting the rocks.
