Yes, they test drove it themselves when i am sitting beside them. They had whole brake checked and no issue was found and they suspected the gear shift not smooth and told that their test drive car also hv the same case. -__- i am not convinced since not much ppl here in this forums faced such issue yet. It happens most of the time when my speed above 20 km/h and coming to a stop again.

Did you experience any slightest jerk during slowdown coming to a stop? * you hv to brake slow slowly coming to a stop and not quick brake.

As for the engine louder is normal, the car is warming up the catalytic converter for better performance and FC. And ya, can feel the car vibrate. . quite normal for a avg size car eh i felt ( you try swing around in the car, you can feel the whole car moving liao), even on idle for long time, the compressor on& off also quite loud. My house cx-5 cbu from japan, drove flawlessly since day 1, two years back. Aiks, hopefully can solve this issue on M2 on the jerking part.

Does the jerk feel like you're slowing down then a sudden lurch forward like reduced braking?

Hmm, it only happen when you almost coming to a stop lets say between 8 - 0 km/h. Can feel the jerk as if the gear  transmission not smoothly shifted down. . its obvious that I can notice it lah

I wonder if it's the torque converter coming out of full lock. To rule out gear change issue, you could switch it to manual mode and hold it on first gear while you do the test. If it still happens then it's not a gear shift.
