for those who had been confirmed by sa to get it in the first batch, have your checked whether they have allocated chasis and engine number for you? I think should have right in the system by now if you are going to get one.

My Sa told me otherwise, that its already in the system, chasis & engine number allocated to individual but pending to be release from port klang one by one. not sure how true is this, Hopefully some1 worked in mazda hq can clarify this.

For those who have gotten their car, do your feel a little slightest 'jerk' (when you almost come to a stop) on stepping the brake? I experienced that and not sure because of the i-stop thingy. have not try switch it off though.

Might be istop kick in. There will be a slight jerk.

But u did mention that when it almost come to a stop.

I remember when I test drove it. The istop only kick in when its in a complete stop, that's when I apply brake.
*
Ya, not completely to a stop. What I meant was Almost come to a stop, can feel the car jerk a little bit through the brake paddle. Anyone else experience this?

i know we have to step a little bit harder on the brake to activate i-stop when the car comes to a total stop.

Maybe you can try to off I-stop and see if it still happens?
*
QUOTE(little-sama @ Mar 2 2015, 10:25 PM)
Happens all the time? Dout think it haso got anything to do with istop. Try disabling istop?
*
QUOTE(terion @ Mar 2 2015, 10:30 PM)
so far nope

u might want to get it checked at the SC soon if it happens all the time
*
Its not very obvious since you are slowling down and almost coming to a stop. Not sure I am being too sensitive to the brake paddle, but there is slightest short 3 times jerk (within 1 sec) which only ur leg can feel it through the brake paddle (not at steering wheel or anywhere else). Also it does not happen all the time, only probably you drive more than 60-70 maybe for a short duration before coming to a stop again. Gonna try disabling the i-stop and test again.

Anyone there added GPS btw?

Just realised that the car came with "Welcome home light". you can flash your highlight after switched off engine and the headlamp light will stay on for about a min.

Anyone bought their GPS? realised the live connected service (for on9 traffic/weather) 60 days trial had expired since i am not able to use the trial. gonna complain to the SC

Need to confirm something here,
Senario : Try asking some1 close one of the last car's door with you holding the key standing behind a open boot. Then, close the boot. Will the car lock itself when u walked away?

thats very good for VP... my VP97 now half tank, around 350km

but u did say u use mainly on HW right?
yes it should
*
Weird, it does not lock for my case. since my key is a distance away from the both driver/passenger doors before it is been close, it wont trigger the "beep" tone and closing the boot at last will not trigger the auto walkaway lock too, hv to either manually lock or open one of front passenger/driver door for auot walk away. . The operating manual did specify that car-lock key sensor only at front passenger/driver doors but not at boot area, i wonder if it because of this. But my other CX-5 hv extra car-lock key sensor at the boot as well.

Any sedans owner can clarify?

did u activate the walk way auto lock under settings via the MZD Connect system?

Ya, auto-lock walk away works just fine. Except that if you close the boot the last (without the car's locked earlier), it will not auto lock the door with just closing the boot. but yours is hatchback, maybe different ? Anyone can clarify for sedan?

thanks

Nope works fine for me, the car locked itself when i close the boot last. But it doesn't make the beep sound though but i tried opening the door and it locked like should have. Proud owner of a sedan here smile.gif
*
You mean all doors are not lock before when you close the boot last? and once you close the boot, it auto locked without the "beep" sound once you walked away?

Because in my case, i open the boot before i get out, close the driver's door (no auto-lock when walk away), get to the boot and close it, walk away and the car wouldn lock itself already. need to manual lock it.

hi new sedan's owner or any sedan owner outthere, can your try this out.

Senario: open the boot before getting out, close the driver's door, Notice whether will it auto-lock when walk away to the boot ?

If it doesnt auto lock, get to the boot and close it, walk away and check whether the car will auto lock it.

Remember to hv the auto-lock function enable!

Thanks! =)

Happen once on me when i played songs from my hp through usb cable and i think it because my usb cable problem since its not ori oem cable. Anyway, same case, the mzd connect got hang awhile, i waited for less 1 than min and the mzd reboot itself. everything work fine after, no issue with usb port i think. Just the connection between our usb drive/cable and the usb port must be well connected. any loss in transmit signal will cause mzd to hang..

Just got my white sedan car this raining evening, driving the car was fun, and I really love it.
But sometimes just noticed a jerk, when keep pressing between brake and also accelerator, i think it happen when the gear is switching.. anyone experienced this?
*
hmm, i experience a kind of slight "jerk" when the car almost come to a stop. . 50% of the time. Only driver can feel the slight jerk from the brake paddle. not sure whether its the brake or car engine / i stop problem or something is vibrating when comes to a stop but gonna ask sc to check on 1st service.

Not sure how true is this, but my sa said price gonna increase in overall 3-5% after gst even there is no more sales tax. Some SA had stop taking bookings for now just to avoid cust will complain with the price increase later and some already telling price are subject to change.

Full downpayment? If they asked for full downpayment, they must hv ur car engine chassis no. in their system reserved for you (the system will show whether its in port klang or cleared by bermaz) You hv the right to get the car engine chassis no., if they can't provide you, demand for a refund on downpayment. pay them only when they hv a engine chassis no.

for those where sa said stuck in port klang, request for engine chassis no / you can request them to show u from their system. If they can't provide, means its not ur turn yet in the batcb most probably
