haiz.. might be refunding my down payment for m2 liao..

because of some miscommunication with my SA..

My current ride (persona) was about to be sold to another owner..

SA told me that his loan passed and signed (because i asked the SA to tolong cari banker)

But who knows, the thing that buyer signed that day was just a confirmation form, and loan has yet to be approved.. and i ady paid for m2 down payment..

banker call me today saying that the buyer's father has very poor loan repayment background (kena special attention case liao), her sista (guarantor) have still unsettled personal loan, therefore his chances of passing the loan is very low..

If thats the case, my current ride isnt selling anymore, no point for me to have a new m2.. and selling off to dealer at super low price isnt a very wise choice.. haiz..

waa so late ah for red sedan.. really hot cake ah.. i think 90% booked for red.. hehe
haiz.. what  to do bro..really wanted to buy this m2 very much, paid dp, signed agreement, waiting for number plate only.. but now all this S**T happens..

and i am still single... no family.. so two cars no point le.. selling off to dealer punya price differ so much leh..

no choice but to ask for refund if his loan really failed to pass..

anyhow, tomorrow morning bank will decide fail or  pass.. *finger crossed

As my best understanding, just correct me if I am wrong.
All bank's interest is actually controlled by bank negara.
I think all bank is ALMOST the same interest rate as long as you are clean.

Finally, I decided to change it to SEDAN WHITE hopefully can get car asap.

no la my SA dint said much about it.
for me, my SA said HB or SDN will get around end of feb or march also.
Choosed white cause i like the color itself

Saw these just now at one of the mazda showroom @ bandar puteri, puchong (PFCC building).
Silver and Red sedan, both are parked at roadside and I believe is ready to ship to owner.
The white sedan is spotted inside the showroom.

According to Thai version, which is identical to ours when it comes to exterior. Sedan gets gun metal metallic paint grille regardless of body color, while HB gets body color grille. I believe M'sian version should be the same.

Omg.. Serious? My SA told me can be add on during collect. But it cost arnd 300-600+/-.
And the spoiler too. Arnd 300+/- not sure is it true.

Finally, saw red sedan yesterday but not mine 

Total 2 red sedan, 2 white sedan, 1 grey sedan, 2 sliver sedan in the showroom. According to SA, all these cars going to release to customers by today.

same larrr... my Bermaz HQ SA also over promised to me, said can take car before CNY. you know, limpeh booked on last year Oct one. 
No early bird feel already. totally lost my umph on m2. Thinking to cancel and wait for CX-3.
