anyone know if i want to withdraw money out from ASW2020, can i get the money straight away? like taking money out from saving account?

what you mean by "when government open the fund", when non bumi can buy units ?

2) you cannot open an account and wait for ASM/ASW to be available, i tried it, you can only open it when the fund is open
Not all CIMB/RHB banks can open accounts ,i tried it too
For Maybank, no idea.

1)ASW and ASM will have seperate accounts. My book have ASW printed on it.
