last time in 2002 it's quite troublesome...u went to ASB itself to open the account...then go to "pesuruhjaya sumpah" office which is not in the vicinity (i opened it in ipoh) to sign some document...then u need to bring back the document to asb...POS Malaysia, CIMB, RHB or MBB.

i'm not sure how is it now though...
