quest to all asb professional out there...

let say i take loan asb. eg. RM10k for 10 years. they say we had to pay certain amount per month like ..rm100. All the money we pay (month by month) until 10K. The quest here:-
-1-> when we can get rm10k? after all RM10k fully paid?
-2->RM100/m x 120 mnth = over rm10k . we get net rm10k or over than that?

is it all of above (month by month pay) deducted with (divident and bonus) is the sum we get after 10 years?
