May i know which Maybank branch said they have 15,000 units of ASW2020 left?

I went to RHB Taman Megah today at 1:30pm. She told me that each branch of each bank has a certain quota to fill for ASM & ASW2020 (dunno about others). At that point in time, RHB Tmn Megah has sold out ASM and ASW2020. But if you were to ask any other RHB Branch, they may have some.

This sounds very illogical, and I don't know whether to believe her or not. What happens with Pos Malaysia then? Do they have a nationwide quota, or per post office?
