may be you can do a simple comparison between the past performance of asb and FD/BLR rate through out the years? rolleyes.gif
QUOTE(ttwangsa @ Jun 9 2008, 05:38 PM)
i've been told
BLR will go up

i've been told
BLR up = FD rates UP

i've not been told
if FD up, ASB dividend = UP / DOWN / TOTALLY UNRELATED.

anybody knows?

asb loan is good if you don't have any money to invest at all in the 1st place.

but do take note you CAN lose money if you take the loan IF the divident rate fall lower than your borrowing rate, which I think is rather rare but still its not impossible.

its usefull for long term say 7-10 years plan.
